Chestnuts are lower in fat than other nuts but contain high levels of starchy carbohydrate, fibre, minerals and vitamins.  The chia seeds add more fibre and anti-oxidants as well as being a rich source of omega 3.

20g chia seeds

100g chestnuts

2 medjool dates

200ml coconut cream

½ tsp. ground vanilla bean

1 tsp. almond nut butter

pinch of sea-salt

Serve with

99% chocolate, grated

broken pecan nuts

Place everything in a high-speed blender and blend to a “cream”.  Serve to a bowl and top with the chocolate and nuts.
