In-person Studio class.
This series consists of three, 90-minute classes, each one allowing time to prepare and then open the body for intelligently sequenced and accessible flows, designed to take you deeper into your practice. The sessions are intended for anyone who feels their practice may have suffered due to lack of “in-person” classes and/or those with “screen fatigue”! If you are craving the deeper focus, intention and committed effort of the “in-person” experience then this is it; over three weeks we will look at different sequencing styles, neat transitions and, of course, ALIGNMENT so that you can once again flow with confidence, experiencing the mental and physical benefits of a movement meditation!
