I believe every woman deserves to live in harmony with her own body so she can enjoy feeling healthy, happy and full of energy. However, I see far too many women struggling on a hormonal roller-coaster, believing they must accept their symptoms as a part of being female. I absolutely disagree, and that is why I created this programme, which consistently helps women to achieve long-lasting health improvements.
My 3-month intensive programme is for women who are suffering from the effects of chronic stress and sex hormone imbalances such as:
- PMS, painful or heavy periods
- Poly-Cystic Ovaries Syndrome (PCOS)
- Anxiety or feelings of overwhelm
- Sleep disruption and/or insomnia
- Sugar/alcohol craving
- Reliance on caffeine to “get going”

The programme includes weekly coaching support to give you the knowledge, confidence and encouragement to improve your wellbeing and help keep you on track, as well as:
- Initial consultation and food-diary evaluation
- Comprehensive health assessment explaining how your current dietary and lifestyle choices may be affecting your health
- 3-week “at-a-glance” meal planner with recipes & “shopping-list”
- Detailed treatment plan including dietary & lifestyle advice
- Supplement and lab testing recommendations (where appropriate)
- Weekly coaching sessions, to ensure you are supported throughout
