“This is not another calorie-counting programme to leave you feel deprived and miserable. This is the first step towards changing your relationship with food, for GOOD, and understanding how to manage your weight by eating well.”

Weight gain is normally gradual and, whilst over-eating may have played a part, often stress, emotional eating, changes to lifestyle and a reduction in usual exercise levels have all played a part. This means that relying solely on calorie reduction won’t be all it takes to lose this extra weight.  Plus, eating less and less, may cease to make a difference; a slippery slope and one that can lead to nutrient deficiencies as well as mental and physical health complications.  And, to add “insult to injury”, it can actually lead to weight gain, instead of loss, over time.  This is weight-loss resistance, when the “calories in versus calories out” equation no longer works.

There is no “one-size fits all” when it comes to weight-loss but I will assess the key obstacles to your weight-loss journey and then create a targeted plan. Often this will include liver support and blood-sugar balancing.  Where individuals are really struggling to shift any weight I also offer carefully monitored and personalised fasting and fast-mimicking to help boost metabolism and thermogenics to kick-start fat-burning.

With ongoing support and coaching I will be keeping you on track, week by week for the full duration (12-weeks).  The programme includes:

  • Face-to-face initial consultation
  • Comprehensive health assessment and food diary analysis
  • 30-day meal plan with “at-a-glance” meal planner, all recipes & “shopping-list”
  • Detailed treatment plan including dietary & lifestyle advice as well as supplement and lab testing recommendations (where appropriate)
  • 3 follow-up coaching sessions to further explore your relationship with food and yourself so that dietary “self-sabotage” becomes a thing of the past
  • Weekly “check-ins” to track progress and review “tactics”!
