Some of you know, I’ve been adding weights to my yoga practice and now I’m ready to share this blend of flow and fitness in my new 5-week programme. Yoga Bootcamp elevates core and upper body sculpting by incorporating weights to build more strength. Whether you have a regular yoga practice or you are simply looking to build more upper body strength this class offers the perfect blend of yoga flow and fitness. Strength and cardio elements are seamlessly integrated to create a powerful workout that will challenge you but leave you feeling energised and uplifted.
Each 75-minute class is designed to tone your muscles, with a focus on abs, arms and back muscles. Through the five weeks your stamina, flexibility and strength will increase and you can expect to see a visible improvement to muscle tone. Working within the principles of mindful movement means that these classes can also improve mental clarity, self-awareness and confidence.

Yoga Bootcamp is designed as a 5-week course and all sessions will be recorded so you can make up any missed sessions.
