I love breakfast and I look forward to preparing myself a delicious and nutritious meal to start my day. I often get asked what I eat for breakfast so I’m currently putting together a little e-book – my little book of breakfasts – which should be ready early in 2016.
However, I thought I’d share my festive Bircher’s Muesli recipe with you now so you can enjoy it over the Christmas break. The recipe below serves 1 person but if you want to make up a larger batch it will keep well for at least 3 days if stored in your fridge.
|Festive Bircher’s Muesli||Serves 1|
|Place all the ingredients in a cereal bowl. Stir well and leave in the fridge overnight. Serve with chopped pecan nuts, sliced fig and/or pomegranate seeds.|
