However robust we may think we are, the last 2 years have challenged our emotional resilience in so many ways. For me, ensuring I eat well, get enough sleep and exercise daily has been crucial but increasingly I’ve been turning to other self-care practices to support me. In this workshop I’ll be sharing how I’ve used specific Essential Oils to help me stay balanced and to manage the less tangible emotional “fallouts” of living through a pandemic.
