½ glass frozen blueberries

250 – 300ml oat milk

Handful of spinach leaves

1 tsp. chopped ginger (frozen)

1 tbsp. tahini

2 tbsps. oat or coconut yoghurt

pinch of sea-salt

1 tsp. Acai powder

Blend together all the ingredients in a blender and then serve.  If you want a thinner consistency add filtered, chilled water.
