With a soundscape inspired (in part) by the eponymous album, Flow State will take you on a movement journey of circular flows, powerful breathwork and collective energy. You can expect a soulful and moving experience that combines high-vibe with chill. We’ll acknowledge this mid-point in the year with gratitude for all the positives that have brought us this far and we’ll rekindle our heart fire so we may continue burning brightly as the year starts to ebb.
