These more intimate development sessions are for anyone looking to elevate their yoga practise through deeper focus and committed effort.  Offering insights on the fundamentals of flow whilst focusing on the importance of “rock-solid” foundations you’ll learn how to refine your practice and get clearer on how to balance effort with ease.  Join a session if you are looking for more support and hands-on assists from a dedicated teacher as well as the warmth, laughter and amity that comes from practising with a smaller group of like-minded yogi souls.

There are 2 levels:

Level 1 is for those new to yoga and Level 2 is for those who’ve been practising for at least 1 year.  Here are the dates for the first two sessions.
