You’ll find general guidelines as well as a 3-week suggested menu planner in this January Challenge 2022 document. You’ll see that I have recommended you restrict your eating to within a maximum 12-hour eating window. Depending on your lifestyle/meal timings this may mean that your first meal is an early lunch or you may choose to create a brunch style meal for yourself.
