Creamy, ranch dressing – with not a trace of dairy anywhere.  Yup! This dressing is made from whipping up aquafaba and avocado oil to create a silky-smooth dressing in no time at all.

120ml aquafaba

40ml lime juice

4 tbsps. avocado oil

4 tbsps. tahini

½ tsp. Dijon mustard

1 tsp. white balsamic

Small bunch chives

30g bunch basil leaves

1/2 small clove garlic (optional)

Sea-salt & freshly ground black pepper

Pour the aquafaba, oil, tahini and lime juice into a high-speed blender and whizz for around a minute or until the liquid has thickened.  Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until silky-smooth. This will keep for at least 3-4 days if stored in a glass jar in the fridge.
