Sale!Back on Track is my answer to all those of you who've told me recently that you would like to re-start yoga but feel you need a more gentle reintroduction. This 4-week course is also the perfect introduction to anyone wanting to start yoga for the very first time. This 4-week course starts on Tuesday 4th January and will run throughout January; classes are held at Eaglesfield Village Hall.
Stay motivated, strengthen healthy habits and keep moving all the way through January with my 30-day challenge. January can be a month when our best intentions start to slip but I’ve got you! – in this challenge you’ll receive a day-by-day movement plan; I will guide you through the month, taking you through carefully curated classes, which will include short flows, strength building, full length vinyasa flows and guided meditations. You will also receive a “stay on track” healthy eating, plan full of my favourite recipes and receive an invitation to my January zoom Immersive. You will be amazed at the difference you can make in just 30 days by working all areas of your body, eating clean and showing yourself some love. The monthly immersive online zoom session is a chance to delve a little deeper into our practice and explore different aspects of yoga. These events form part of my Inspire, Evolve or Elevate Mentorship programmes and are FREE for Mentees but it is also possible to book onto individual events using the calendar below. Each month will be different and sometimes there will be a seasonal focus; here's what's coming up:
Tuesday 1st February 2022"Upside down you're turning me" - this is the one for all of you wanting to totally rock headstand this year! I'll be offering step-by-step guidance to help you approach this coveted inversion more safely and confidently. And then there's the drills - core, hamstrings and shoulders all need to be prepped if your gonna do this right!
