We’ll always start by aligning our breath with movement, to find our flow state, then we’ll begin opening and moving towards our “edge” in peak poses linked by fluid transitions. Beyond playful challenges, there will always be time to find space, slow our breath and steady our nervous system, so we leave each practice “rinsed” of daily stresses and calm. For me, music always enhances the beautiful energy of breath flow and so the experience includes playlists to motivate, inspire and move us.
