After launching this in June I’ve had incredible feedback and taken more people through the programme over the summer.  So, I’ve decided to run another group programme and it will start on Monday 9th October.  And I’ve made a few changes that I hope will make this even more inspiring as well as easy to follow.  One significant change is that I’m now including a Continuous Glucose Monitor in the price (worth £56).  Also, in response to feedback,  the webinars will all be available to watch whenever you want so you can either do all the learning upfront or take it in gradually throughout the month.

Gaining weight – without any change to your diet or exercise schedule – is not something you should just “put up with” because you’ve been told it is part of ageing.  Maybe you’ve already tried eating less or going carb-free or fasting?  And maybe some of these options have helped you shift some weight. But then, all it takes is one little treat, and the weight piles back on!
