Dynamic Flow  is taught progressively in blocks of  5 classes and offers a teaching container for those wishing to take their practice further.

If you cannot attend the full blook then you’re welcome to attend on a drop-in basis; you can book individual sessions here.

Looking for feel-good movement that builds strength and brings a little calm into your week?

Then this is it!

These uplifting and often playful classes creatively blend Yoga with other movement modalities, whilst seamlessly linking breath with movement.

You’ll be met exactly where you are – without any pressure to contort into specific shapes or poses!  Instead, Sarah encourages awareness over “achievement” and will guide you towards moving and flowing in a way that feels right for you.

It’s true, her sequences can be challenging; shifting tempos, bold moves and creative transitions may take you to your edge, yet effort is balanced with steadiness and ease to make classes feel both inspiring and accessible.  It is this combination of intentional movement – to keep you fully present – followed by space to rest, that helps restore mind/body connection and reset our nervous system.

Starting Tuesday 2nd September at  6.00pm, at St John’s Church Hall, Rothiemurchus.

and then on the following consecutive weeks:

  • 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th September

Please note that no refund will be offered for any sessions not used and this pass cannot be used to attend other events.
