  • This intensive 3 day event is open to climbers of varying abilities and the main aim is to help you get more out of your climbing.  Over three days we’ll look at refining movement patterns, mastering route reading and offering you practical tactics for when the going gets tougher and/or steeper!  And then there’s the yoga, the super-power that all climbers need!  You’ll learn breath techniques to help you stay calm, “drills” to build strength and yoga flows to improve balance, flexibility and proprioception. We’ll be basing ourselves at Kendal Wall and  Nab Cottage, overlooking Rydal Water in the south lakes, which offers cosy accommodation and delicious, healthy meals.  There’s a hot tub too and a beautiful space for yoga in a converted barn. This is a chance to connect with like-minded folk and receive expert coaching so you can head into the winter months with clear goals, strategies, and enthusiasm to accelerate your climbing performance.

  • After an initial coaching programme some clients find they only need some occasional support, whilst others need to continue with regular support for longer; it really depends so much on your goals, readiness to change and your relationship with food and yourself! This flexible follow up package enables you to schedule sessions as and when you need and can be used to book 3 x 1 hour sessions or 4 x 45 minute sessions.

So over the years I have found that most people require a follow-up, or two, to embed changes and work steadily towards longer term health goals.  This package includes two, hour-long sessions, which you can schedule to suit your own pace of working.

    Grateful Heart Tote

    I am so proud to be launching my “Grateful Heart” range with this useful tote bag. Made from a strong, yet lightweight 8oz canvas, the bag features a zipped internal pocket to keep small items secure and saved from being lost in the bottom of the bag!  After looking at many bags it was the sturdy webbing handles that totally sold this one to me; they are just long enough to put over your shoulder and are also comfortable to carry in your hand, even when heavily loaded. The bag is perfect for "to and from yoga", as it can fit 3 blocks and an extra layer quite easily.  It would also make a great shopping bag! The bag measures 40cm  x 40cm and clever construction of the base enables the bag to easily expand.
