Ashtanga Remix takes a more creative look at traditional Ashtanga whilst still linking breath with movement to build strong foundations for a physically demanding practice. In these masterclasses you’ll discover a new approach to this ancient practice that balances disciplined focus with intricate sequencing and encourages you to explore your limits.  Come prepared to work your body and meet challenges head on as you work to improve your balance, strength and stability.
