This 90-minute intensive development workshop is suitable for all levels including beginners and those who’ve recently started attending flow classes as well as more advanced practitioners. It offers a progression to the beginners workshops and will include “back to basics” alignment and transition tips as well as covering further fundamental principles including:
• how to use your core to support your lumbar spine
• linking breath with movement
• tips for better balance
• developing more fluid movement
