This 4-week course is aimed at those new to yoga seeking to improve their range of movement, core strength and stability. It is also ideal for those looking to reduce back pain and manage existing injuries as well as anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.
Right from week one you will be led through short sequences designed to introduce the key “families” of standing poses and help you to gain familiarity with common transitions. An element of repetition will allow you to build confidence and help you to quickly grasp the basics of yoga postures, alignment and breathing techniques.
You will receive personal attention and we’ll work at a pace that ensures you build a strong and safe foundation from which you can confidently and quickly progress to one of the other classes on my timetable.
It’s £45 for the course and this includes loan of mat and blocks throughout.
