The Yoga

This yoga immersion is suitable for all levels. Starting on Friday with an evening flow,followed by intention setting, we’ll then continue practising throughout the weekend, culminating with a dynamic morning flow on Monday.  We will be joined by joyous guest teacher, Christine Hartung, coming from Fuertaventura!

The Food

You will be fuelled by healthy food bursting with vibrant flavours redolent of Aegean cuisine. Throughout the retreat we will be eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables – these will form the heart of each meal.  You will receive a complete menu-planner and all the recipes, which are quick and easy to prepare.
